PILATES TRAINING

We provide a globally recognized pilates training in Turkey. The training appeals to all levels of sportsmen (from new beginners up to the professionals). Therefore, we keep separate groups for different levels. As a result, the attendant gets the maximum gain from the training. We provide the certificates for the attendants of the training. What is important, these certificates are globally recognized documents. Therefore they certify the competence of the owner globally.
In addition to common training classes, we provide a training for the trainers, too. A trainer, who plans to open pilates studio have to get this master training. Because, only the trainer with master degree certificate can train others. The duration of the master training is 110 hours. Every training includes both the theoretical and practical lessons. The attendants who finish all lessons, get the diploma, certifying the master degree.
In fact, Master training provides the master degree and gives the right to train others. We organize the training both in our place and at customer site, also.

Matwork Training
Matwork Training is the basic training program. It includes the standard exercises on the pilates mats. We train the movements in a lying, sitting or kneeling positions.

Reformer Training
Reformer Training is considered the basic pilates training. Because it includes more than 500 exercises. Reformer Training is suitable for all ages and body forms.

Cadillac Training
Cadillac Reformer Training includes the training of Cadillac training. This training runs all muscles especially at core area. Additionally it increases the flexibility of the spine.

Chair Training
Chair Training is usually a group pilates training. It includes the pilates exercises which are usually not applicable in another pilates equipment and tools.

Barrel Training
Barrel Training includes the training on both ladder barrel and half barrel equipment. It includes both the core stabilization and flexibility exercises.

All Module Master Training
All Module Master Training is an universal training program. It combines the training of all exercises together. This training uses the different pilates equipment and tools.
